Ive been seeing Dr Sheena for about 6 months now. My spinal, shoulders and hip alignment has always been off as long as I can remember. I thought it was just my "normal" posture. WRONG!!! Not only has she implemented "Kind & Gentle" care, but she is very attentive, knowledgeable and schedule flexible. She has great follow through. Put it like this....I don't want to stop receiving care from Dr Sheena. Thank you for the life change ;)
I'm a daughter of a chiropractor and have always believed that Chiropractic care was true maintenance for the body....Waiting to "feel something" I believe is too late in the game. Since I have been seeing Dr. Sheena, her approach of gentle adjustments have been so effective with my body. Being a massage therapist I rely heavly on my maintenance to keep me on top of my game in a very physical field......Thank you Dr. Sheena.
