Well the second visit went well. My crown didn’t come in time to set it today. But I was kinda expecting that. Got an appointment for November 5th for a deep cleaning. And we will go from there. From the Dr. to everyone in the practice. Very caring and understanding people. I definitely appreciate them. And will definitely recommend them.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I had no pain before treatment, but I was told I had a cavity and needed a crown. After the crown was placed, my bite felt too high and had to be trimmed down. I have experienced persistent pain ever since. Two weeks later, I was told that I now need a root canal and would be responsible for the additional charges, with no offer of compensation or assistance.
