Terrible experience. I was concerned that the needles were not clean based on the disorganization of the testing room. The phlebotomist picked up the sharps container with her glove, showing me the contaminants, even though I did not ask to see it. She then proceeded to stick me with needles to test me, without changing her gloves. I did not get her name, but she was a short haired thin woman with glasses. I don't even know what to say. This is quickly turning into the worst medical experience I've had at any clinic, ever. I asked Yamilet, my advocate, to enroll in the premium assistant so I can get my prescriptions at Avita, as I understand that is mutually beneficial. Yamilet has completely ignored me, and the only thing I've heard from Pride Life, the 3rd party that enrolls patients in insurance is that the clinic denied me.
