We have recently purchased and had installed plantations shutters from Kincumber Blinds. We found them to be professional and the shutters were installed in the promised time frame. If there is one area that could be improved on it would be responsiveness to messages I left after I placed our order. However I would recommend Kincumber Blinds and overall we are very happy with our experience and choosing Kincumber Blinds.
My elderly parents purchased in good faith plantation shutters from this company From the installation they didn’t close properly, gaps everywhere.. not aligned at all Very poor workmanship & installation Through mediation they were promised a full refund and removal by the company But amazingly 🙄 they’ve not been contacted & phones are message only & they are not returning any calls or answering any calls 🤔 To say this is disgusting is an understatement!!!
