Our service was great! The food, sub-par at best. Not sure how scallops could be both pan seared and "parmesan crusted", but in any case, it basically was breaded, deep fried and then I guess browned on both sides? The green peas on the dish were for sure frozen peas as I've never seen fresh peas shriveled up as these were. I ate 1.5 of the scallops and a bit of the veggies.
