Doctoring is good but when it comes to completing documentation such as the department of labor's Critical Medical Family Leave Form which is a request by an employee to take leave from work to care for a critical I'll family member, he seemed to have a reading comprehension problem and will not complete the form because the employee (family member that is requesting time off work to care for the critical ill family member) is not his patient and their name is on the form.
