My experience was great! Very friendly and professional. Christian who cleaned my teeth and did my x-rays was fantastic. each step of the way she would tell me what she was doing. she made me feel relaxed which is hard to do when you’re in a dentist office. And the Doctor was very nice. I’d recommend Kincaid for all you’re dental care

This is the best dentist office in New Bern. I really trust them and the whole office is great. I would never go anywhere else, and the ladies in the office rock. I had a bad dentist before and they knew I really did not like going to the dentist after that. They took it easy with me and made sure I was not in any pain I love love love this office. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a friendly smile which always helps my anxiety when going to a dentist. Everyone there that I met was amazing!!! Will definitely be back.

Hadn’t seen a dentist for several years after the military. Frankly wasn’t a fan of dentists. The entire team here is great and very user friendly! Been there many times and not even one complaint highly recommend!
