Dr. Vargas is a great doctor. She listens to the patient so she can understand what the patient is experiencing, takes the PT through a series of tests to determine a proper diagnose, and explores treatment options with the PT so together they can determine which option is best for the PT.
Went in to have my chronic plantar fasciitis looked into. Hobbled out 3 months later with the issue still unresolved and over $1000 poorer, thanks to ineffective pain meds, "special" insoles that did nothing an over-the-counter insole couldn't do, and a completely bogus, outdated shockwave treatment. On top of this, the Billing Dept ducked calls regularly as assistants dumped any such calls into a voicemail system that led to an empty void, apparently. I almost never write reviews, but I must. I suffered with ankle instability for so long, then went to see Dr. Vargas Jon at Alliance Clinics who in one appointment did a biomechanical exam (watched me walk & video) and sat down with me and my mom and oh goodness everything made sense. She prescribed physical therapy and orthotics and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Vargas Jon!
Saw the amazing Dr Vargas-Jon today for a lasceration. She and her staff took excellent care of my wound and went to great lengths to cleanse and drape the area and did a fabulous job of suturing my cut. Being especially careful to make sure I’d have the best cosmetic result available! I highly recommend her services- she is a delightful amazing doctor and her assistant, Dawn, goes above and beyond to ensure the best results!! So blessed to have her close by!!
