Great builder!! Excellent quality and design.
Don’t choose this builder. Horrible quality and they obviously don’t have any quality control over their sub-contractors. Thousands of dollars wasted..
Stay well clear! They’re dodgy as all hell. They’ll buy half a building just to make it sell, if they don’t get the price they want, they’ll use sunset clauses to abandon it, only to resell the building with only half the promised amenities. Then they’ll rent half those apartments out that they self-purchased, only to give tenants notice to vacate to sell, but list them back up for rent 2 months later. Post construction service is not good. I have a house at Kalkallo. Even after sending details of some issues, after moving to new house. They did not bother to come over & check
