So disappointing. Please tread carefully when dealing with them. They will write things in specifications and later say otherwise.
Just sharing my overall positive experience with Kincaid. The whole building process went through smoothly with no major dramas. The house was also built in a timely manner and not exceeding the original estimate by too far. Overall happy with the way things turned out.
Hello， I am sorry to post this to Google Review as I received no email response. I was told by my property manager the fencing is now starting to tilt. Upon checking, there is no concrete used to lock the fencing. Could you please arrange to have this rectified ASAP？ It is Lot 951 in Winter Valley. After it is fixed I will amend this post Thanks
