We hired Mr. Kincaid to perform an appraisal of our property for a refinance. We were deeply troubled that he used an over the garage apartment as a comparable for the second home on our property. The house is a 4,000 sq. ft. plus single family home. This was a gross error on Mr. Kincaid s part but when questioned about it, his response was, I don t have time to teach you about real estate.
