Previous review by Taylor Marisa is me, but cannot edit / change it, so reposting an updated review: Access Centre only supervises for your (parent) screw ups. Staff have missed / not recorded many things my children have said that are extremely important and relevant for our custody case. I will have to pay hundreds of dollars for the printed records, as well as having to pay for them on behalf of sending the children's father whom assaulted me. Kinark has now failed to communicate for 3 weeks regarding their actions, have stated in emails they should follow up and haven't continued questions from 3 weeks ago regarding a child protection matter. Since then I've spoken to a supervisor and manager and neither will give me a clear answer. From their emails it is clear they believe their time too valuable to give me a detailed answer and only want to give partial answers to specific aspects of the situation. Overall, I’m grateful that the Access Centre provided a generally safe place for my children. The process and ongoing scheduling was needlessly complicated and time consuming. I often felt that if I wasn’t incredibly accommodating to last minute scheduling requests, I’d be portrayed in a negative light in the eyes of the court and was reminded of this by the scheduler repeatedly.
