Unorganized. Office never knows what’s going on with Therapists and Psych staff. Useless for housing. Only concerned about keeping you enrolled to continue getting funding. Therapy sessions held over the phone. How can there be a good assessment? Would not recommend.
I find Kinara to be to relax with patient mental health. You never receive a call back until it is time for necessary paperwork to be completed according to DHS standards. Employees are not held accountable and when addressing concerns the call is transferred into the universe. When you are dealing with three other agencies waiting for Kinara. With my anxiety soaring through the roof through follow-up is necessary.
Kinara is the place to be. They have great theraphy and housing services. Along with wonderful case management.
Services are horrible, no one will follow up with you. People use the most unnecessary excuses when communicating. Jackie doesn’t respond, and the staff move at their own pace.
