Bea was fully disappointing. Case dragged on much longer than it should have (more money in her pocket right??) and she had her junior lawyer do all the work. In front of the judge she was under prepared and embarrassing. Avoid. Much much better lawyers in Victoria who are better qualified and actually care about you and not your money.
I had Bea as my lawyer. After a careful vet of several lawyers I chose her because she was really confident she could get me an outcome better than I had expected. Looking back it was a clever way for her to secure my business. It turns out it was a lie, she was incompetent and I got nowhere near what I wanted plus paid her way too much in legal fees. We could have settled long ago and avoided what she put me through. Such a let down. Check her billable hours as I was billed full rates for her to have an intern do the work.
Professional and compassion ate, very astute and focus on the main goal of achieving a positive outcome. Kindness and generous with time. Honest and forthright to keep on budget. Extremely knowledgeable. One of the last few honest and compassionate lawyers left.
