He is an excellent doctor. He listens to his patients and does the appropriate referrals. He's able to review my labs and tests and explain the results in lay terms and the impact on my health if I don't make changes. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a generalist or family doctor.
Not a good first impression....a waste of time off work and moiety. Even after confirming the price of the visit prior, it changed when I arrived. Dr. Wong doesn't address my concerns but will write me a referral to someone who does, so after upcharging my appointment copay, I basically just paid for a referral. All of the equipment is old.... they did my blood pressure and pulse using a watch.... by hand.... without gloves. I should've trusted my instincts and gone to a larger practice.
WORST OFFICE STAFF I ever had in a doctors office. I am not sure if the super rude and mean lady at the front desk and also claims to be the office manager is his wife, But she has no business working in the health care field. She is so RUDE and mean. She has hung up the phone several times on my wife and I. The front office is supposed to be the face of the office. This lady is running patients off. If you care anything about your health , well being and care DONT GO HERE
I've been Dr. Wong's patient for over 10 years. Excellent doctor, real professional with great experience, very caring and providing you good service with individual approach. He won't leave the examining room until he checks with you about all your symptoms, previous illnesses, allergies, side effects, etc. He will always recommend you various kinds of treatment appropriate to your health problem and will always call you back to follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Wong as a competent doctor.
