The food was excellent up until the main course and dessert. The cod was overcooked and rubbery, so much so that the texture made me nauseous. The dessert was dry. It was disappointing to have expectations dashed after such a strong start, especially for the price and my partner’s effort in surprising me with a reservation. Bar none the best offerings for something different in Boise. I have never not had a meal that I didn’t enjoy. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality. Staff is friendly. The vibes are great. This is a go to every time I come for business here in Boise.
Has and always will be one of our favorite Boise dining experiences! The staff are exceptional and the food is truly a work of art! Dishes are carefully crafted to tantalize the senses both of the palpate and the eyes. Each tasting menu brings a story to life through food. A far cry from a fine dining experience. For $500 the food was below subpar and the wines they poured were less than $20 per bottle. At that price you would expect an exceptional dining experience, and this was not it. The taste profile of each plate was off. Although the service was good, the food and ambiance did not match the price tag. We were extremely disappointed, a waste of money and time.
