Our experience selling our house with KimTimTeam was fantastic. Not only did they do an incredible job with helping us prep the house for sale, helping us find local contractors to work with, and staying in contact during the entire sales process, but they also went out of their way to find buyers who would appreciate our home's unique nature. We sold at a price higher than expected, sooner than expected, and were professional the whole way. We couldn't have done it without them.
