I had a great experience at Kim' s Toyota. I had an excellent salesman by the name of Rickey. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He sold me the Toyota Rav 4. I love it. It was definitely worth the drive from Meridian to Laurel. Thanks again Rickey. Keep up the good work!

We have bought several new vehicles from Kim's. Love the relationship we have with them. Love love love Mike Johnson. If you are looking to purchase go see Tasha, she is awesome.
I took my van in because the timing belt was bad. It stayed in there for 2 1/2 weeks. When I got it back there was a dent in the back that wasn't there when it was taken in and they refuse to fix it because their people don't lie. Then they asked if I would like to trade it in on a new or used one and I told them that it would be a cold day in hell before I would ever come there for anything. I plan to report them to the Attorney General's Ofc.
These people are crooks, just stick with a bigger dealership that knows how to treat people!
