RecommendedI had Kim’s today for the first time. Kim has an extremely kind employee who took the time to show me their menu. She was so patient with me, as it took a while to choose my order (it all looked so good). The food was great- best Thai that I’ve tried so far in Milwaukee. I’ll definitely be going back for more.

Went there for my last and final time last night and tonight to try to correct an incorrect order owner is extremely rude and yells on the phone and impatient and doesn’t listen good food but horrible horrible service.

Rude staff. The 2 “ladies” that run this place have no manners. I live 5 minutes away but will never come back. The worst service in Milwaukee.
I keep trying to like this place, but I think I'm done. I've gotten food here several times. I find the staff rude when asked for the simplest things. I was told this last time to figure out my own total for pick up. I ordered stir fry and none of the veggies were cooked. They were raw and absolutely no flavor. The other food was disappointing especially the tempura veggie app. I talked my friend into ordering here, because she had been here before.
