I’d rather give no stars don’t come here. I should’ve known it was wrong when I had to file my own nails straight because she had the tips all the way crooked on most my nails and thought they were OK. Then you would think that as long as it took to get my nails done, they would be to my liking… No, i’ll be finishing cutting my own cuticles & the nail polish was messy so I had to remove it once I got home and I will be repainting them myself. I should’ve read the reviews before going because Lawd why do my nails look like the temu version of the photo reference that I showed the lady. My nails are horrible. And she had an attitude every time I asked her to fix any very noticeable flaw. The one star is actually for the pedicure, the lady who did it had a better attitude and took her time. Never going back!! 0/10
OMG don’t even bother this place should be shut down in my opinion and experienceThey do not know how to do nails here. They don’t know how to do any of the basics and that shape your nails I don’t know what’s going on, but they’re not professionals in the art of nails And they have the nerve to be pricey.
If you want pretty nails, this is not the place for that. The worst nails they hurt my cuticle, too much acrylic, my nails burn with pain.
This is the worst, horrible customer service I have experienced at a nail shop. I asked for braider nails with French Tips. The woman glued the nails on 2 where crooked and they didn’t even have the stiletto shape. I told her she got angry and was rough with my hands because she had to take them off. Then she told the man to my nails he can’t lay acrylic it was all over my fingers and at the tip off the nails it was tons of acrylic. Women who take pride in their beauty should not go there.
