OMG don’t even bother this place should be shut down in my opinion and experienceThey do not know how to do nails here. They don’t know how to do any of the basics and that shape your nails I don’t know what’s going on, but they’re not professionals in the art of nails And they have the nerve to be pricey.

If you want pretty nails, this is not the place for that. The worst nails they hurt my cuticle, too much acrylic, my nails burn with pain.

This is the worst, horrible customer service I have experienced at a nail shop. I asked for braider nails with French Tips. The woman glued the nails on 2 where crooked and they didn’t even have the stiletto shape. I told her she got angry and was rough with my hands because she had to take them off. Then she told the man to my nails he can’t lay acrylic it was all over my fingers and at the tip off the nails it was tons of acrylic. Women who take pride in their beauty should not go there.

I had a deeply troubling experience at this nail shop today. I called ahead, to make sure they were ok with doing a full set 30 min to close, they said yes. "Tony" was my tech. During the filing, I pointed out that my nails were pointing upwards and asked him to shape it more. The nail tech reacted with extreme aggression, threatening to cut my nails off and physically grabbing my hand. Thankfully, another staff member intervened, but the damage was done.
