My daughter and I came to Kim’s nails for a mani/pedi. We were able to walk in without an appointment (called first) on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away, and a male employee got started on my pedicure, while a female employee started on my manicure. She walked out with a dirty container that obviously wasn’t sanitized and started filling my nails.
