My daughter and I came to Kim’s nails for a mani/pedi. We were able to walk in without an appointment (called first) on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away, and a male employee got started on my pedicure, while a female employee started on my manicure. She walked out with a dirty container that obviously wasn’t sanitized and started filling my nails. I use to go occasionally, and I was always satisfied except the last time; I was very disappointed by the poor work and the ugly gel manicure I got. They used to much of the drill that is damaged the nails, and the gel was so bad executed that the owner has to fixe it. She did too fast and the result was ok! I was very disappointed by the owner attitude too … give me weird excuses!

Kim’s is a great place. A lot of older guys like me go there and they make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It’s spotless and the work is excellent.

I have tried many nail shops in Oakland and was never satisfied with the pedicure and manicure they would do I looked on maps and found Kim's nails now mind you I did not have an appointment for me and my mom and Kim was so nice to get us in not only are they very nice to the customers they do an awesome job!! Their prices are awesome.No more looking for a new nail shop I'm staying with Kim's nails THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM FOR YOUR SERVICE NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
