I have been going to kim nails for a few months now. I always get acrylic and a solid color. Last friday i got white tips instead. You can see all the lines from my fill ins. The white lines were not straight and a week later the acrylic is peeling off! I always have paid cash, and tipped the nail tech. This time i paid with a credit card. I did not tip because the woman did a terrible job and repeatedly hurt my hands. When i reviewed my card statement i see that she charged me $5 more than what i signed in agreement to pay.... read more
I got my nails done not even 5 days ago and they look horrible, the sides are popping up. I asked for gel and that's not what was used. The owner is rude, not spending my money there again.
The ONLY place I will go! Mary & Andy are amazing & very accommodating! Highly recommended!
Tried to make appointment. But now they want to tell walk ins only on Friday. Really. You sux
Worst experience ever ! Poor service, rude and unprofessional behavior. Employee shouting at me and continued with erratic behaviors. I will be reporting this place to the LLR ASAP!
Very rude.. Had the older lady.. Sloppy job!! Nails started popping off within a week.. Will never go back again!..
There work was good. But there quality wasn't to good.
