Most despicable nail service that I have ever experienced. All I wanted was to remove my acrylic nails and Tony (window #11) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He coughed over my hands a few times and when I asked if he was sick, he became offended. A quick exchange in their native tongue followed which of course is the norm. One thing I don’t play about is my mother. And she told me she had a horrible experience at your salon. She said you all were making fun of her feet, trying to take pictures of them, when you were supposed to be doing your job (pedicure). I don’t like that. I’ll leave a review from every google account I have to get this salon down to a 1 star. I will be forwarding and having others leave a review as well. Unacceptable. Do your job or go back to where you come from.
Tommy has been doing my ombre nails for many years. I keep coming back due to all of the favorable compliments.
