Sold me a truck that was fully deleted and didn’t disclose that when I bought it ( which cost now 8400.00 worth of work to pass emissions . I already made a bad review on this page that magically disappeared . I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . When spoke to them on the phone they basically called me a liar and told me it was my problem not theirs . And they were unaware the truck was fully deleted . We drove over 24 hours from out of state from the word of an employee that the vehicle we were purchasing was sound. We arrived at the lot today and no one was expecting us. The file was "missing", no keys, tires were bald after we were told they were "like new", gears were grinding, huge dent in the side, smoke billowed after test-drive. Marcia really took great care of me and I would highly recommend her a the deal she gave me to anyone needing a vehicle.
Try honesty. Ii bought an AWD Cadillac, asked them to verify that it was AWD, they said it was, that their ad had been incorrect...turned out when I took it in to have the rear differential replaced my mechanic says its not AWD. They are not willing to speak to me. Since then the transmission has gone out. I've owned it for 2 months.
