KIM IS SO RUDE. I called to inquire about pricing and scheduling availability and she hung up on me TWICE and she honestly YELLED at me over the phone because I re-called to re-confirm pricing. I had been there once before for a pedicure and I wanted to try a haircut and manicure. I innocently had a question and she’s so rude. Never going here again
Kim fixed a messed up haircut! I called to make sure she had availability before I walked in. She squeezed me in and I was able to walk out confident with my hair again. I will return when I need another cut or mani/pedi!
