If I can give 0 start, I will. I took my $2,500 Burberry coat to this place, expecting professional care, but they damaged the fabric around the buttons and broke a drawstring. When I brought up the issue, the owner refused to take responsibility, claiming the fabric was “too weak” – yet they never warned me before cleaning it.
