Friendly dealership, willing to deal I recently purchased a new Toyota RAV4 from Kim's. Mark Posey, my salesman, and Kim (the owner), both were extremely nice and very helpful. Card in the Mail My husband and I received a letter in the mail that they wanted to trade our car for a newer car. Normally I would have thrown it in the trash, but I showed it to my husband and we decided to go take a look. The employees worked very hard and pretty much all day to make our purchase a great experience. So thankful I didn't throw the card in the mail. Thanks guys.

Friendliness Everyone went out of their way to show kindness and hospitality and make me feel I was important as a customer. My opinions seemed important to them also. Even before I left the dealership, Kim (owner) came into the office where I was sitting, introduced herself , and thanked me for choosing to do business with her dealership. She was very kind. I enjoyed the experience and wouldn't hesitate to buy another Toyota or jeep from this dealership.

Mark Posey I returned to kims for the 2nd time after 8 moths of searching for a car. I dont have grest credit so finding financibg is difficult for me. I dealt with Mr Mark Posey both times I went looking and finally after me being so picky and difficult I purchased a 2015 chrysler 200s. Thank you Jim & TJ Kilgore! We Love Our 2013 Prius! We drove from Navarre, FL to buy our car from Kims! (3 hour drive!) There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS! Just genuine customer service.
