Go to any other dealership around These people are nothing short of crooks! They did not seem organized at all. They asked for $500 down to hold a vehicle. Which they held less than a day so I gave them a credit card number to run. When the numbers they have me didn't add up I went with another Toyota dealership. At that point they had not ran my card. I called to cancel with them and they ran my card a few minutes later!
Very bad start but, thanks to Thomas we had a great finish! My wife and I were shopping for new vehicles. I found a Toyota Corolla I liked and my wife found a Toyota Highlander she liked. Although Thomas was VERY helpful, I was not pleased with how the Sales manager treated my wife and the ridiculous first offer to pay the sticker price. Outstanding We have bought many cars from Kim's over the years. Many for our company, but also for our personal use. Always great cars, price, and knowledgable sales people. Mark Posey is a great employee and a joy to work with. I am sure we will be buying many more cars from Kim's!
Robert Laypth treated me as if I was a family member Well what can I say...except this is the 3rd car I have bought from Kim's Toyota and probably won't be the last. Most accommodating professional people EVER! I drove onto the lot NOT wanting to buy a vehicle. But my husband was worried about the high miles on my car and insisting that I at least look. We were met immediately by Thomas Blakely. This man went above and beyond the realm of any man's patience. He listened intently as I explained why I didn't want this or that and whined about wanting a new FJ Cruiser which Kim's did not have.
