I would not recommend Dr. Cook. It won't take long to realize she does not care about her patients and she is ineffective. It must be nice to collect that much money per appointment for doing nothing.

Looking to change Psychiatrist after my M.D. of 12 yrs left his practice I saw Dr Kimra Cook. This Physician was very unprofessional with me. She spent all of 2 minutes with me and told me that No one could help me that I couldn't be helped!. This was after her office tried to denie she was on my insurance plan and tried to cancell the appointment that took me 2 months to get. Dr. Cook had been such a positive influence on my life. She is really laid back,gets too the point, and best of all not preachy! Her staff, well, they are great. They always treat me with the utmost respect and never like a crazy person as I sometimes feel like. Also, if you have an appt. at 3:00, the longest you may wait is 3:02. I hope you may find this helpful. I have adult ADD and Dr. Cook has been great to work with.
