Friendly staff, great amenities, and perfect location!
For the class of hotel, I would give 4.5 stars. Beautiful, classy facility. Very expensive. Valet and front desk service is excellent. Diamond status was immediately recognized and option of breakfast, points, or restaurant credit was given. We arrived at 3:30pm and the room still wasn't ready until a few minutes past 4pm, though they did mention they were prioritizing us with housekeeping - minor inconvenience. Arturo behind the desk was amazing and very nice and knowledgeable!! David behind the bar killed it at pouring me the best double tequila a bartender could!
