The room and impeccable. Absolutely gorgeous and so was the entire hotel. The coffee machine in my room didn’t quite work right, and exploded coffee EVERYWHERE. No big deal tho, things happen. I then went to use the bathroom and once I was done the door wouldn’t open. I called the front desk on my cell 3 times for assistance, while still trapped in the bathroom. The gym facilities are serviceable if small for a hotel this size. Then again the appeal are the wines. As a casual wine drinker, I wasn't particularly impressed but my wine palette is questionable so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The evening wine sessions are still fun however. The rooms are decent although whatever cleaner they used had a strong smell that took a day to dissipate. Fantastic location for trying different restaurants in the downtown area. You're in the center of a lot of nice spots.

The hotel room smelled horrible. The air conditioner hardly worked. I accidentally left a pair of earbuds and in order to have them mailed back to me I would have to pay $36-$60 in shipping.
