Everything, customer service, knowledge, great prices home feeling.
Went to pick up a firearm that was transferred in to Kimo Vista as I've done many times in the past. Surprisingly the transfer fee went up to $40 (all other places in Farmington are $20-$25) and when I asked the employee why, he seemed annoyed that I didnt buy the firearm from them (at a higher cost). Will not be going back.

The customer service is great. Greeted as soon as I walked in and ask what I was looking for. They helped me in every way possible. Ended up walking out with a Mossberg Shockwave that day. High recommended! Always been looking for that shop where they treat you like family.
