I couldn't be happier with Kimmer Christensen as my agent. My property was an hour and half away and Kimmer made the trip many times to take pictures and get it ready to put on the market and to show the property. I was totally unfamiliar with the whole process to sell a property, Kimmer was right there with me the whole time. Once I accepted an offer every thing was done in a timely and effective manner. I would certainly recommend Kimmer Christensen to handle all real estate business in the future.

Although Kimmer appears to be new to the commercial market, she was very responsive and sought help from her colleagues when questions and situations came up that she had not experienced before. She always responded to inquiries with texts quickly - but she should use email for longer messages as some phones scramble the packets and it can be difficult to decipher which piece goes where. ;-) Kimmer helped us buy a commercial property. Zillow should add that to the options below...
I've known Kimmer for a few years and when it was time to purchase our first home, I knew I wanted to give her a call! There were certain things we absolutely needed, having two children with special needs, and Kimmer helped us find the perfect home for us in our most desired area. Kimmer is wonderful to work with and we recommend her for buying and/or selling your home!
Kimmer was always there looking for homes for us and worked on showing our house looking for buyers. We got to look at a lot of condos that Kimmer found for us in our price range.
Kimmer helped guide us through the buying process to ensure that everything went smoothly, which it did. She has a fun personality and is always quick to respond.
Kimmer was great to work with throughout the entire buying process. From finding places that fit my criteria to being able to work around my crazy work schedule. She was prompt with any questions or concerns that I had. All around great person to have as my realtor. I highly recommend Kimmer to anyone.

Kimmer was excellent in putting all of the needed activities in selling a personal home. The sale was a bit more complex than normal because it required an out-of-town seller. This required a fair amount of extra effort and co-ordination that she handled very professionally. Marketing and initial sales price was very well done. Getting a good sales price was also very nice!

Kimmer is personable, capable and works hard on my behalf. I am presently selling my house and looking to buy a condo. Kimmer has been very diligent to find locations that meet my specific criteria. Also, I have only had my home listed for a short time but have had multiple showings and Kimmer has hosted two open houses already.
