The front desk staff was unhelpful. Insisted I must see a provider who was no longer active with my insurance and wouldn’t listen when told otherwise. They stated they didn’t get my referral when I have a fax transaction report showing they did. I was told my doctor must send the referral directly when that’s not how my insurance has worked in the 18 years I have had them. I also did not have this issue when I was seen 1 year ago. From being told misinformation, incorrect prior authorization forms filled out and sent to unprofessional phone calls, this is the worst primary care I have ever been to. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go somewhere where people know how to do their jobs correctly and professionally!
Don’t be fooled by “emergency” in the title. Nothing urgent in how this place functions. This is nothing more than a clinic.
I submitted a request that was time sensitive to Dr Stewart on 4/1/25. I followed up again via My Chart on 4/5/25. I also called the office on 4/5/25. The staff person Salina stated that she would give the message to his nurse. Today is 4/9/25, still no response in My Chart on a phone call. The request is time sensitive. Why use My Chart and no one responds.

The staff in the ER is incredibly unprofessional. Food being delivered with all the smells, making people even more sick!! Unbelievably loud, laughing and joking, talking extremely loud all the whole people suffering. Really gone down hill, never again

Nothing has changed still same crap service as harford memorial just because a new building and better tech in building is there, its still the same staff who cared less..... super long wait times to get triaged and even longer to get seen.....yet this place was suppose to be so much better. Biggest lie/joke ever! Do yourelf the fav go to a urgent care before here cause u will be seen faster and get better care faster.
My wife had severe back pain. We were there for over 7 hours, waiting for 6-6 1/2. She still has severe back pain and we are going to our physician after this is written. There seems to be a lack of protocol and accountability for the staff, who tries to respond to requests for help, but get distracted, diverted or stalled by someone or something along the way.
