ZERO stars. Summary of a long story: nobody answers the phone --> 2 weeks to get one appointment --> other 2 weeks to “Review my data” --> Dr. Lisa Underwood visits me but she is NOT able to perform the Colposcopy I needed --> they sent me a bill of $150.45 for a procedure that they were NOT able to do --> they charged my insurance for an insane $835. Basically they charged me for a Gyn visit that I DIDN'T need and that I have never requested. In fact, I had the same identical visit two week earlier at KP. Now I have to pay ... read more
