Let me start this review by stating that I don’t typically write reviews unless my experience could help someone else out. I felt compelled to write and post this review because I am an injured employee of the US Peace Corps and as I was injured while in service to my country I began my very long, tedious, painful and humiliating experience(s) of looking for various doctor(s) who accept DOL OWCP insurance who could help me with my injuries and eventually my mental health and chronic pain issues. Caring wonderful office staff, easy to make an appointment, and the doctor is down to earth and really listens to your concerns. Very happy here
I have been going to Dr Kimelman for 6 years. He is an excellent Dr. He listens to me very respectful, very caring, never in a hurry to rush me out. I have no complaints at all his staff is also wonderful. Very polite friendly caring. I never wait more than 15 or 20 minutes to see the Dr. if I leave a message they get back to me right away. I am very pleased with the whole staff.
You will be waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour after your appointment time the don't now how to keep appointments the seem to over book all the time Now it is 45 minutes to an 1 Appointment was at 10:45 and it's 11:15 and they called another person back that had a 11AM appointment that's not right They're doing on much better now you're getting in-and-out very quickly now
