I agree with Amanda B. She's lucky, it only took 2 mos. for her. It's been 4 for me... and still waiting. They were very annoyed that we called again... rude; condescending. I'm never go back there. The nurses and facility were great, but this is a sham. They are making money off of the clients. They should be investigated!
Surgery center is awesome when it comes to surgery and caring for the patient. Where they are atrocious is when they expect us to pay ahead of time and then taking 2 months to refund your money after receiving the EOB from your insurance. They have been using my $1100.00 for 3 months and constantly have an excuse as to why I don't have my refund yet. If you have surgery at Kimel Drive, you have done the right thing, but Do Not Pay them a dime until you get the EOB.
