Today was Khloe's first time at Kimbur Pet wash and she loved it! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a smiling staff ready to assist us. Cidney our groomer was amazing and made me feel totally comfortable leaving my fur baby with her. At Khloe's previous groomer she would always shake when I droped her off or picked her up even though she had been going there for 2yrs. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and reasonable prices on their grooming and bath services! I'm here often for my dog's needs and my clients dogs needs and always look forward to coming! It's great to have a self service wash in Surprise! Highly recommended.
Our visit this morning was very brief (just a nail trim for my elderly Cattle Dog) but it was quite a pleasant one. The staff was friendly, the store spacious, and Whiskey said the smells were devine! I'll be scheduling her for a bath and groom very soon. Thank you Kimbur!

Love this place & so do my beagle babies. Love their prices on food & washes.
Not impressed. Dropped my dog off to be bathed and have the furrminator treatment done. 15 minutes later they say she is done but didn't like the dryer. Brought her home damp, nails not trimmed and clumps of hair still falling out. If you couldn't do the full treatment, don't charge the full price. Disappointed.
Absolutely love this place!! They are so friendly and helpful!! Wouldn't trust my dogs to stay anywhere else but Kimbur's!!
