Cidney is awesome!!! I recently moved to Surprise and was making a long trek to see my long time groomer because I don't trust many people with my fur baby. Cidney was recommended to me and I could not be happier. She is so sweet and does a great job with my girl and keeps an open line of communication on their progress. I would recommend her to anyone looking for all grooming needs in the area :)
Nice staff and Prince was treated like a King
I just picked up my dog from getting groomed and she has a cut above her eye and on her leg. This is very disappointing. We were not called or notified when she was ready for pick up. No one was wearing masks. And quite honestly no one was very friendly. I’m just so upset and will never get my dog groomed again as this first time experience went so badly.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. We dont call when your dog is ready which is why we told you to come back in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the bather did not see these cuts, which I do not know where they came from because she just washed, towel dried and brushed out. The dog was very difficult and acted the same as when you dropped off. She even bit the bather. Great place to either self wash your pet or book appointment for them to wash your pet. Staff is very friendly and business is nice and clean
Absolutely love Kimburs, super friendly atmosphere and the owners are wonderful. Have been doing business with them ever since I moved here in 2013 and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
