This firm claims to be experts in getting VA benefits for Veterans. They gave my mom the wrong paperwork and caused her claim to go over a year longer than it needed to be. They are just interested in getting $$ from people. Had not heard from them in over 8 months and sent me an invoice with less than 24 hours to pay. They are just interested in filling their pockets and do not care for the elderly or our Veterans.

From time to time, the VA will update application forms with little or no notice, which is what happened in this situation. ***** is correct when she says that the need to refile the VA benefits application delayed the award, however the delay was three months, not twelve. The claim was eventually awarded in full. To offset the inconvenience, we reduced our fee and allowed the client to defer payment until the award was received.
