They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures.
