I was totally surprised when Jen Freno came in and asked me if she could donate her hair... not that she was donating her hair for the 4th time, but that she wanted a Pixie Cut!! I could tell that she was ready for something different and here is her finished result. She was truly all smiles when she looked in the mirror. #goodbye11inches ❤️💇🏼♀️✂️
