We had wonderful help! Almost too many to choose from if that's possible. Worth the drive!

1st time at Kimberly's. I was expecting the dresses to be very high priced. I was wrong. I went with my sons girlfriend and she picked a dress in about a hour and a half. It was a great experience.
Terrible experience. Way too many dresses crammed onto the racks making it next to impossible to find anything. Understaffed and overstocked. Drove 2 hours with 2 excited girls and left very frustrated. The owner did come outside and try to make it right but by that point the girls were ready to move on.
I really was disappointed with Kimberly's....I heard nothing but good things from them so we were extremely excited to go. Upon arrival the alteration lady was rude didn't greet us upon entering the store. I felt overwhelmed sifting through hundred of dresses alone. Then Monica finally introduced herself and after she seen how frustrated I was she did everything in her power to find us something!
