Went to Kimberly’s prom today and got my prom dress and had an awesome experience! Although the store was full of people, I still felt like I had a personal connection with my sales associate. All the girls were super patient and willing to help me look until I found what I loved!
Great experience! My daughter has had a very hard time finding a dress this year, and everyone was so helpful and patient. A store with this many dresses is going to be busy, which it was, but we never felt rushed or unable to get help.
Kimberly was so helpful and so kind! Even in the chaos of all the people they make you feel like a priority and we left with a beautiful dress!
