Lived here from August 2024-February 2025. Was friendly and nice at first. Surrounding area is nice and safe. Pool is fun(closes in winter) and hot tub is on all year round. No laundry in unit and only two laundry rooms in the facility, they are open from 7am-9pm(limited hours). Neighbors are friendly and maintenance is wonderful. I don't live here yet. However I stopped by just to get some info and pricing and I have to say this place is well kept clean and the staff was super friendly I even had a chance to speak with one of the maintenance guys who told me they treat him great as an employee and has lived there as a tenant since 2003 . Seems like a great place I'm super stoked to talk some more and hopefully be living here soon
Lived here 2 years and the management and staff are so awesome. They are very honest and kind and go above and beyond. We got our full security deposit back! We have zero complaints about them. We didn’t love living here though. Our apartment didn’t get enough light and the lack of trees/grass got too depressing for me (other units are surely better). I lived here for 2 years and it was...fine. I lucked out and got a decent price for my 1BR for the first year, but after a year they, of course, raised the prices with no notable improvements to my unit or to the property. The office staff is nice enough, but it seems like they don't really know how to operate in the 21st century. A few weeks after moving in, Englewood was placed under a boil order for our water. Estuve ahí 1 año y 2 meses. El departamento cuando me lo entregaron me lo entregaron con la alfombra lavada, pero no nueva y el depa tenia varios desperfectos que apuntamos en la hoja que se nos dio. Se nos pidió $800 dólares de deposito, más un deposito por el perro y la renta era más $35 mensuales por el perro.
