I lived here for 4 years, and would hardly change a thing. My only complaint is the shared laundry rooms, which have gotten better (they bought new machines). You won't find an apartment this nice for the price anywhere nearby - especially the second floor apartments (which have skylights). We LOVED having all that light in the home. The folks who live here are generally pretty chill - for the most part it's a very nice community to live in. I would pick this over "luxury" apartments any day of the week.

I lived here 2021-2023, moved away for a while and ended up back here in 2025. The management is understanding and on top of things, the maintenance team all live on site and are extremely responsive. There’s a human element here very lacking in other complexes. While the apartments are old they’re well maintained and are designed with ease of living in mind- tons of storage, big windows, huge pantries, and covered parking options. I've lived here for 2 years as of writing this, and I can say it's been a positive experience. The community staff is friendly, and are timely in responding to maintenance requests. The grounds and common areas are kept clean, and trash is frequently and consistently picked up. Overall, a good place to live.
I’ve lived here two separate times, both experiences were wonderful. Jim and Michelle were always fair and helpful. If I were ever to move back to Englewood and needed an apartment I would come back to Kimberly Woods!
