Not very attractive mobile homes & alot of cats running around . If highly allergic as I am would not be a good fit.
My fiancé and I moved here in this year, “2025.” So far, we really like it here. The park is pretty quiet and well-kept. Management is doing their best from what we see. We adore both the ladies in the office. They’re very nice and helpful if we need anything. Our neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. No complaints from us so far.
why is a “renter” responsible for any upkeep/issues that may arise with a trailer in your park? if someone is renting,then technically the park owns the home and should be responsible right ? Correct me if I’m wrong. Just doesn’t make a lick of sense to me. any place I’ve ever rented,the landlord takes care of the upkeep. and what’s the point of having a “maintenance man” if he’s not going to “maintain” a home that’s being rented ?
