My fiancé and I moved here in this year, “2025.” So far, we really like it here. The park is pretty quiet and well-kept. Management is doing their best from what we see. We adore both the ladies in the office. They’re very nice and helpful if we need anything. Our neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. No complaints from us so far.
why is a “renter” responsible for any upkeep/issues that may arise with a trailer in your park? if someone is renting,then technically the park owns the home and should be responsible right ? Correct me if I’m wrong. Just doesn’t make a lick of sense to me. any place I’ve ever rented,the landlord takes care of the upkeep. and what’s the point of having a “maintenance man” if he’s not going to “maintain” a home that’s being rented ?
The homes are Fema and full of mold.
When I asked them to come to fix something things wild I was renting they said ok but they said to came and they don't give us nose on when the water was shut off when it was water main break and when I ask them to spray they didn't do that at all so they didn't get any stars from me
