why is a “renter” responsible for any upkeep/issues that may arise with a trailer in your park? if someone is renting,then technically the park owns the home and should be responsible right ? Correct me if I’m wrong. Just doesn’t make a lick of sense to me. any place I’ve ever rented,the landlord takes care of the upkeep. and what’s the point of having a “maintenance man” if he’s not going to “maintain” a home that’s being rented ?
The homes are Fema and full of mold.
When I asked them to come to fix something things wild I was renting they said ok but they said to came and they don't give us nose on when the water was shut off when it was water main break and when I ask them to spray they didn't do that at all so they didn't get any stars from me
They making the trailers look good just unof to pass it through for someone to buy from them trust me they might look good when you see them but after you move in you will see things fall apart in them they lied to me when I bought my place they told me the floors are new and six months later I have bad floors that I will have to replace or I will fall through them
Very kind and helpful. Extremely prompt about taking care of their tenants wants and needs. Far better than the previous owners., by far. This place has been really shaping up. So. Wish they owned all of Galesburg
