Kimberly Speer is a superior real estate agent. She has detailed knowledge of Sun City and Georgetown and was able to pick the best house for us out of many possibilities. She was helpful during every step of the buying process, including getting estimates for repairs and upgrades and coordinating contractor schedules while we were still in Arizona.
