Absolutely an incredible Advanced Nurse Practitioner. After my heart surgery by her husband she gives his patients her text number. We called with any concern and she returns a text within 5 minutes. Pictures can be taken of the incision…drainage…or anything. And send to Shay. Incredible care. No pain after sternum was cut in half. Aortic valve placed. And a double bypass. Technology is advanced today. But remember technologically does not replace the Surgeons skill and experience.
