I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. My wedding ring set needed reshaping, and they did an incredible job restoring it so beautifully. It honestly looks better than it did before! What really stood out was their kindness—they also polished and cleaned it for free. That level of care and generosity is rare. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others.
My first contact with Kimberly Scott was to sell some old gold and silver pieces I no longer wanted. As an afterthought I asked them to take a look at my 100+ year old antique diamond ring which I got as a 25th anniversary gift from my husband. On closer inspection it was found to have missing prongs and the center stone was so loose it was just a matter of time before it came loose and would have been lost. Stopped in to get a quote on some jewelry and left happy and informed about the deal we made! Kimberly is an absolute gem and incredible to talk to. She is fair and kind and cool and I would absolutely recommend her and Scott! Her pieces are beautiful and her curated collection is so awesome!
I brought my rings in for what I thought would be a simple resize. They showed me in detail what exactly was wrong with them and gave me a very reasonable quote. I am very happy with the results and will be a returning customer.
Absolutely fantastic. Bought a wedding band that we really didnt care for from another vendor. It was diamond and turquoise. Different than a usual band. Brought it to Kimberly Scott creations to have it replicated but nicer and larger. Scott was so good to work with. Made the ring from scratch. Used quality products and was very timely. Just a pleasure from start to finish. Such good people and quality jewelry. Thank you for everything!!
