Appointment was to renew a prescription and should have been through a virtual meeting. Kimberly was professional but all the questions she asked were asked by her nurse and I had already answered them online. The data we reviewed is on the app so no new information was provided to me and she renewed the prescription.
Kimberly was very informative and helpful. She didn't rush and answered any questions I had.
