She is very friendly and takes time to listen to my concerns. She takes the time to really get to know my family!
The staff lied to us, harassed us on the phone twice, then called another doctor's office to try and cancel our appointment when they had nothing to do with that office in any way. They didn't refer us and they had no jurisdiction in the matter. If they keep harassing or going out of their way to lie to another office, they won't like the lawsuit.
